- Provide in-depth product knowledge and subject matter expertise for Core Banking Processes in areas of:
- Mobile Banking
- Phone Banking (phone billing system)
- Bill Payment System
- Card Management System
- Financial Management System

- Security Management System
- Manage the service level relationship with Current Team: track issues, resolve problems with the vendor, define changes required by vendor and serve as the POC for the vendor.
- Manage the change process for Current Onsite Team: evaluate upcoming changes, ensure appropriate internal testing and training, and manage the roll-out of changes across the business.
- Manage operations: ensure that daily processing is completed, resolve issues (internal/external) that impact system availability/accuracy, provide on-call support as required.
- Define product/project needs: work with business and vendor to effectively define product enhancements, manage a clear set of priorities both internally and with vendor, expedite delivery and/or determine alternate solutions.
- Document current state front end processes in the past but also be able to document requirements and design future state processes. Defining business solutions to client problems, analyzing business processes, and defining functional requirements.
- Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues.
- Assist in the identification of solutions requiring additional Development support.
